Born and raised Rocky Mountain House Ab, played for Rocky Rebels highschool team. Started coaching football when our youngest son started playing in the atom division in 2016. Co-head coached Bantam JrRebel from 2017 to 2023, VIP of the program.

Currently coaching at Lyndsay Thurber Highschool Raiders defensive line. Passion for the gym, specialize in strength training. Currently coaching athletes from the Raiders program in the, mainly lineman to add in being explosive off the line
