How we help players
We advise players and we develop players. Most families come to us for one and stay for both. Player evaluations are part of both.
Hockey Advising
A voice off the ice. We help you understand your options, get exposure, and make the right decisions for Junior, College, University, Prep School, and Pro hockey.
Skill Development
We coach the core skills of the game, from novice to junior. Shooting, puck control, passing, skating, checking, and power skating, taught the right way.
Camps
High-tempo, high-compete camps. Players sharpen their skills and build confidence before tryouts and the season ahead.
Evaluations
An honest read on where you stand. We evaluate individual players, whole teams, and associations, and give you straight, unbiased feedback you can act on.

Our staff are former pro, junior, and college players. Our founder and head advisor, Matt Gorman, was an AJHL MVP and played 11 pro seasons in the United States and Europe. The rest of the team brings junior, college, and pro experience of their own.
Real Relationships
Relationships that place players
Some people will tell you a smaller team cannot get players placed. That is not how this works. Placing a player comes down to relationships, and ours run deep. Over 15 years, we have built real connections with coaches, general managers, and clubs, from minor hockey through junior, college, and pro, across North America and into Europe. That includes relationships and dealings with all NCAA Division 1 and Division 3 teams, the ACAC, and CIS. Teams reach out to us, and we reach out to them for our athletes.
