Player evaluations
An honest read of where your player stands
Good decisions start with an honest read of where a player stands. We give you a clear, unbiased assessment of a player’s game, their strengths, and the areas to work on.
We use video analysis as part of every individual evaluation, breaking down real game footage to back up what we see. You can get an evaluation as part of our advising, or hire us for one on its own, whether or not you work with us in any other way.

Team and association evaluations
Take the pressure off roster decisions
Building a roster is one of the hardest jobs in hockey. Associations bring us in to help. We run tryouts, evaluate every player, and give your association, club, or team an honest, unbiased opinion, so you can select the right teams with confidence.
This can be a single evaluation day or a full engagement. For some associations we are on the ground for a couple of weeks, running their tryouts and helping place players from top to bottom.

The goal is a coaching group that keeps evaluating and developing players long after we leave the ice. It is never a one-man show, it is your whole staff getting stronger together.
